Please read ahead for more information on using our new online catalog with over 20 000 products.

Most of the products on our catalog are C.A.P.A certified. Items that are capa certified will be noted with "(C)" in the description. CAPA establishes standards for aftermarket parts to insure their equivalency to OEM parts. This certification program applies to parts such as fenders, hoods, doors, bumper covers, header panels, etc. We will carry CAPA certified parts subject to availability and when unavailable will supply only high quality replacement parts.

TAXES

All in orders within ONTARIO will be charged PST unless you have supplied us with a valid PST exemption form. In this case, the online receipt (work order) will still charge both taxes, our final invoice will exclude PST.

A Goods and Services Tax of 5% must be added to all orders within Canada, except on sales to New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland/ Labrador. The GST is applied to the total of parts and shipping.

SHIPPING & PART DELIVERIES

We will ship products, however, the online catalog will not process the shipping charges. If you intend on placing an order outside of the Greater Toronto Area and are not able to pick the item(s) up, please contact our sales desk at (416) 285-4500 for a shipping quote. All orders can be picked up at our storefront location after receiving a "confirmation" call telling you that the items are ready for pick up - most orders are confirmed within 30 minutes. If you are unable to pick up the order, please contact our sales desk to arrange shipping. Local (Greater Toronto Area) deliveries are available for wholesale customers only.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

All NON-ACCOUNT (non-wholesale) orders cannot use the "COD" option for payment. Any retail orders must be accompanied with a valid credit card which will be securely processed. If the COD option is selected for payment as a retail client, a sales agent will contact you for valid credit card for payment. Otherwise, you are welcome to come and prepay your order at our retail storefront (see below for address).

USING OUR ONLINE CATALOG

From the left "Category Bar" (on left) please select the type of vehicle you want search (Chrysler / Ford / General Motors / Imports). This will bring out a full listing of all parts contained within the main category. Please use the "Refine Search" tab located in the top right corner of the screen to view all available sub-categories. There are three layers of categories and sub-categories. Example: Imports > Honda > Civic 1996-00.
